We have been watching a house on Redfin that we think is overpriced. The agent viewed the house and proposed a listing price of $300k, and when pushed, insisted it would not appraise for more the $305k. They don’t have the same pressure to go out of their way to keep clients happy. Aug 14, 2023 · My experience with Redfin agents is that they have the expectation that you as the listing agent will do their job for them. Anyone have any insight? Are the estimates total BS? Gave Redfin an opportunity to sell my home, which I felt would sell for $325k. Price drops 3 weeks into listing to 450k.
