In a webinar, only the host, co-hosts, and panelists can share their screen. If you receive a message that you are waiting for the host to start this meeting or webinar, it means that the host has not started the meeting. A host has control over the options for their scheduled meetings, except for settings that an administrator has locked for all users in the account or for all members of a specific group. In other words, they have not clicked on the “Start Meeting” button and initiated the session. Almost daily one person will be unable to join the Zoom call I host for work for the same reason.
